Internship Opportunity
The Project Team for the "Thessaloniki International Fair 2026" at the Embassy of Japan in Greece is seeking interns / part-time staff (unpaid) to assist with event planning, management, public relations, and social media content creation.
Tasks will be assigned based on your skills and experience and may include:

Support research using publicly available sources (newspapers, etc.)

Support event planning and operations (preparation, on-site assistance, etc.)

Support PR activities on the Embassy’s social media platforms (Instagram, X, Facebook, etc.)
-
Support planning and creating social media content (text, images, videos, etc.)
-
Drafting various documents, performing data entry, and assisting with administrative tasks
-
Other duties related to event implementation
Required
-
Over 18 years old
-
Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, email, etc.)

Strong communication skills (English required; knowledge of Greek or Japanese is a plus)

Interest in event planning and public relations
Preferred

Experience with social media management
-
Skills in image and/or video editing (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, etc.)

Knowledge of Japanese, English, and Greek
-
Students are welcome (undergraduates, vocational school students, etc.)
Weekdays: 15-20 hours per week
Weekends: none in principle
Workdays: negotiable
Work format: on-site at the Embassy
